The Oxnoble, built in 1804, has recently undergone a refurbishment and overhaul. It is a gastro pub and hotel, 'serving excellent, modern, English food sourced from the finest local ingredients'. The pub is definitely food led with the area to the right of the bar reserved for diners occupying over half the total area of the pub. However, drinkers are welcomed in the area of the pub in front of and to the left of the bar. There are currently 2 changing cask ales on and the tenants are working on getting this up to 5. There is an extensive wine list, vodka selection and rum selection.
There is live acoustic music on a Sunday, the style of music varies.
Food is served Monday to Saturday: 7.30am – 8pm & Sunday till 7pm.
